Anti-Graffiti and Safety Films for King Street Center

For centuries, people have been moving from small towns to big cities to seek grand possibilities. Undoubtedly, vibrant city life is a synonym for endless entertainment, top-notch educational facilities, and fulfilling career growth. However, these may go together with higher crime rates that cities suffer from. Not only do crimes pose a problem for people but also for their property. Vandals can easily damage your image with small graffiti on your wall or window. Onlookers may be curious about your possessions and the information that you keep on your computer. For that reason, private and public companies, especially business centers, try to protect their windows by applying anti-graffiti, safety, and privacy films. So did King Street Center in Downtown Seattle. Our team gladly helped them in enhancing safety.

Downtown Seattle is the hub of the city’s economy. Although this part of the city occupies only 4% of its total area, it contributes to almost half of Seattle’s economic activity. The number of jobs and office spaces is quite big in both modern and historical parts of Downtown.

As an example, you can look at the Pioneer Square neighborhood. Being “the first neighborhood”, it differs much from the others by its glorious buildings – the combination of old and new. Pioneer Square neighborhood offers its citizens a reasonable quantity of workspaces. One of the places where you may find them is King Street Center (201 S Jackson St). It is a relatively new eight-story 350,000-square-foot office building, including 15,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. Therefore, they need to keep the building safe and clean. That is why we eagerly helped King Street Center ensure its safety and aesthetics by applying anti-graffiti and safety films to its windows.

We removed an old anti-graffiti film and then installed an almost transparent 7-mil Graffitigard Film on the first floor – the one that is exposed to taggers. One can easily remove markers or paint from the film without the use of strong chemicals. In the case of etching, our certified team can easily replace the film. Moreover, we applied 14-mil Armorcoat Clear Safety film on all first ground-level windows. To improve not only safety but also privacy, we installed byDesign Dot Gradient 2 on the office side windows. The combination of these films ensures protection, enhanced aesthetics, and privacy.

Sometimes even a tiny word sprayed on the window may damage the image of a business center. To prevent this from happening, you can either spend money on replacing the glass or just apply an anti-graffiti film. We are glad that our team helped them with the second option.
