Anti-Graffiti Film at Pioneer Square Station

We are happy to share another project for our client, Sound Transit. This time, we helped them by applying anti-graffiti film at Pioneer Square Station.

Sound Transit provides efficient and stress-free transit services for all community members in the central Puget Sound region in WA. The company’s aim is to improve the quality of life in their area by connecting more people to more places. Additionally, they ensure that their facilities and stations make the commuters safe and comfortable. According to statistics, crime and vandalism are common in public transportation, and taggers often target these areas. To solve this problem, our client applied anti-graffiti film at their stations, including Pioneer Square Station, some time ago. Although taggers damaged the property with graffiti, affecting the station’s appearance and Sound Transit’s image, the anti-graffiti film saved our client from the need for costly new windows. This film can be easily removed and replaced.

We’ve recently replaced all the damaged anti-graffiti films and applied a 4-mil Graffitigard by Solar Gard. This nearly invisible coating strengthens glass surfaces, preventing scratches and spray paint damage. Additionally, our client can easily clean this anti-graffiti film without using strong chemicals.
