More Privacy & a Clean Look for Holiday Inn’s Pool Area in Tukwila, WA

The Holiday Inn in Tukwila, WA wanted to give guests more privacy in the pool area while keeping the space bright and open. They needed a solution that would block outside views without making it feel closed off—and it had to look seamless and polished to match the rest of the hotel.

The solution

We installed Solar Gard byDesign Safety Frost 5 mil film, giving the windows a clean, frosted finish that keeps prying eyes out while still letting in natural light. On top of that, this film adds extra strength to the glass, making it more durable and secure.

To make the upgrade look like part of the original design, we used white Dow 995 wet glazing to blend perfectly with the window frames. This small detail makes a big difference, giving the installation a built-in, professional look that will hold up over time.

Now, the pool area feels more private, secure, and stylish. Guests can enjoy a swim without feeling like they’re on display, and the hotel gets a sleek, modern update that fits right in.
