Solar Film for a Residential Building
We are excited to share our recent project where we applied a solar film for a residential building. As sunny days approach, they bring both enjoyment and extended day light, but also prolonged sun exposure. Sun rays can cause skin cancer, premature aging, and eye damage. Additionally, they can cause your furniture to fade, requiring more frequent replacement of your gavorite objects. Thus, applying a solar film can become a perfect solution for these issues.
Our first project for this client was two years ago. Back then, we applied a neutral, non-fading sputtered Johnson Window Film DN15 to the top, middle, and bottom front entrance windows. This film helps reject 63% of solar heat and cut 80% of sun glare. Recently, we’ve completed work on the garage windows for our client. We installed a dual-reflective, non-fading Johnson Window Film SV10 EXT on the outside of their glass surfaces. This film rejects 82% of solar heat, reduces glare by 91%, and blocks 99% of harmful UV-rays Moreover, we sealed the edges with silicone DowSil 995 to strengthen the film.
Our team is happy to have assisted our clients in prioritizing safety and comfort. We are proud to have applied solar film to their residential building.
